NACTT was founded on June 13, 1965 in Kansas City, MO by 34 Chapter XIII Trustees.
Today...
NACTT has grown to a membership consisting of approximately 1,000 members. Currently, there are 183 Chapter 13 Trustee members from all 50 states and Puerto Rico.

NACTT's current membership consists of Chapter 13 Trustees and staff, lawyers, debtor and creditor attorneys, judges, CPA's, students, insolvency specialists, and other related professionals.

Chapter 13 Statistical Resource
The NACTT, through its Trustee members, compile statistics on the Chapter 13 cases filed in each state as well as the funds distributed to each class of creditor. These statistics have been provided to and utilized by Congress and the Bankruptcy Review Commission to demonstrate the success of Chapter 13 Bankruptcies.
NACTT Quarterly
The NACTT Quarterly is the official publication of the NACTT. The Quarterly emphasizes current local and natioanl developments in Chapter 13. Each Quarterly provides a summary of the most recent Chapter 13 Bankruptcy court decisions. The Quarterly achieved its 10th Anniversarry on October1, 1997.
Annual National Seminar
